Hi, I am Kristien Lehouck, founder of Summit Resolutions. With over 20 years of senior legal leadership across multinational corporations, regulatory bodies and law firms, I help companies grow securely and sustainably. During my 11-year tenure at Salesforce, I structured and negotiated complex cloud technology, data processing and distribution contracts across commercial industries, the public sector, and non-profit organizations. My consultancy combines deep expertise in AI and technology contracts, data protection, public tenders, and EU competition law with a pragmatic, business-focused approach.

 

As a certified mediator, I also support organizations in resolving disputes - whether commercial, technological, or leadership-related - quickly and constructively, turning conflict into opportunity.

I also draw inspiration for my work from my other passion: mountaineering. Progressing at 4000m altitude requires perseverance, skill, teamwork and trust - and the reward is a breathtaking new perspective.
